Searching for truffles in Tuscany is a unique experience.<\/p>\n

Along the way you will have the opportunity to learn about facts and curiosities about truffle sites, the woods and the plants that host the precious tuber. The collected truffles can be purchased or tasted choosing a typical menu based on Tuscan culinary tradition, able to enhance the sophisticated fragrance with simple courses. Both the white truffle and the black summer truffle are the basis of a series of processed products that Savitar Tartufi produces with strong passion: cheeses and truffle cream, mushrooms and truffle cream, salami with truffles, pecorino with truffles, balsamic vinegar , truffle oil and many other products.<\/p>\n

    The working hours are flexible<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    All days are available upon prior reservation<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

    On festivities we need more time to organize the whole hunt. Truffle hunting is possible throughout the year: from January to May with the prized black truffle and the \u201cmarzuolo<\/em>\u201d truffle, from May with the summer truffle, and from October with the prized white truffle.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    In case of bad weather, the hunt is cancelled and 100% refunded<\/p>\n<\/li>\n

  • \n

    You can also request a menu without fresh truffles using only Savitar food products.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
